The final result was a scalable learning platform curated for product-related content. It offers training programs and certifications, short courses, product tools and frameworks, live events, workshops, and a focused community to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

This shift enabled Tera to transition to a subscription-based model, achieving 20% annual renewal rates, reducing operational costs, and increasing accessibility for users, while positioning the company for sustainable growth.

The process began with in-depth discovery, where I collaborated with stakeholders to identify pain points in the cohort-based model and uncover student needs. Using insights from user research, I defined key user journeys and aligned them with business goals.

I then designed a scalable platform, built a cohesive design system, and developed features like live events and curated content hubs, testing and refining the experience to ensure both usability and business scalability.

I contributed to the discovery process by aligning user needs with business objectives and crafting strategic solutions. I also helped build Tera’s design system and designed key platform features, including live events, to enhance the learning experience.
