Overview
Super Sending is a platform that streamlines influencer marketing by connecting brands and creators through product seeding. It helps foster authentic relationships, showcase products, and drive ROI. However, some companies struggled with campaign management.

Methodology:

  • Discovery – Research and surveys to identify pain points.

  • Ideation & Testing – Lo-fi wireframes and testing to define value proposition and flows.

  • Prototyping & Iteration – Hi-fi designs and metric tracking for continuous improvement.

The first step was to understand why companies were struggling with campaign management, leading to lower conversion rates. To uncover key pain points, we conducted secondary research, user interviews, and surveys with both creators and marketers.

Key Findings:

  • Creators faced unclear task requirements, poor communication, limited shipping visibility, and a lack of feedback on content performance.

  • Marketers struggled with inefficient briefing, difficulty tracking campaign progress, and limited tools to measure ROI and impact.

With the problem defined, I mapped the entire user journey, pinpointing key actions and improvement areas. Using these insights, I crafted a wireframe to visualize the ideal flow, defining essential screens and interactions for a effective solution.

How can I streamline these processes and deliver a experience that aligns the needs of both parties?

Final result

After multiple tests and iterations, the final result was a campaign management platform. It features a dashboard providing an overview of all active campaigns, a detailed briefing creation flow, creators management tools, and shipment tracking. Additionally, a mobile version was developed specifically for creators, offering features tailored to their needs.The improvements led to significant positive outcomes:

  • Increased user productivity, reducing time spent on task management.

  • Higher campaign conversion rates due to a more streamlined experience.

  • Boosted user engagement, leading to more interactions within the platform.

  • Growth in active users, increasing the percentage of returning users.

  • Improved retention, reflected in a rise in Monthly Active Users (MAU).
